Tatriz ( Sharh al-Wadiha fi Tajwid al-Fatiha)

"This book is a transcript of a scholarly lesson delivered by Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah al-Osaymi, titled "Tatriz Sharh al-Wadiha fi Tajwid al-Fatiha" (Embellishing the Explanation of 'The Lucid' in the Tajwid of Al-Fatiha). It serves as an educational commentary on the original work by Imam Ibn Umm Qasim al-Muradi (d. 749 AH). The book focuses exclusively and precisely on the rules of Tajwid (correct pronunciation) related to Surah Al-Fatiha, given its essential role as a pillar of prayer. Sheikh Al-Osaymi aims to simplify the expressions of classical scholars and clarify their objectives for modern students of knowledge."

"Tatriz Sharh al-Wadiha fi Tajwid al-Fatiha" by Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah al-Osaymi is a specialized scholarly lesson from the "Single Lesson Program," providing an insightful commentary on the text of "Al-Wadiha fi Tajwid al-Fatiha" by Imam al-Ja'bari through the explanation of the scholar Ibn Umm Qasim al-Muradi (d. 749 AH). The significance of this work stems from its exclusive focus on Surah Al-Fatiha, as it is a fundamental pillar without which prayer is invalid. The Sheikh begins by introducing the author and authenticating the book's title and attribution, then proceeds to explain the poetic verses in a concise style that simplifies complex expressions while incorporating the invaluable insights of classical masters regarding phonetic articulation (Tajwid) and letter exits (makharij). The book goes beyond theoretical study to intensely highlight common recitation errors (lahn), concluding with a clarification of essential jurisprudential (Fiqh) rulings related to the Surah. This creates an educational reference that seamlessly blends the precision of performance sciences with devotional objectives, providing both students and practitioners with a practical guide to perfecting the recitation of the greatest Surah in the Holy Qur'an.
